Website information
We aim to keep programme details, prices, times and locations accurate. They may change before a booking is confirmed, for example because of venue availability, demand, safety or circumstances outside our control. We will make important changes clear before you commit to a paid booking.
Registering interest
Sending the registration form is an enquiry only. It does not reserve a place, take payment or create a coaching contract. Joe will contact the parent or guardian to discuss suitability, availability and next steps.
The 12-week Saturday programme is presented for ages 7–13. If a child is outside that range, the form recommends a personal-coaching enquiry so Joe can advise; it does not promise that coaching will be suitable or available.
Bookings and payments
Before paid online booking launches, separate booking terms will explain payment, cancellation, refunds, missed sessions, programme changes and participant expectations. Bookwhen and Stripe are planned providers, but no payment is currently taken through this website.
Using the site fairly
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false or harmful information, interfere with its operation or use its content unlawfully.
Content and intellectual property
The site’s branding, writing, artwork, photography and design belong to Football Development Academy or are used with permission. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please ask before copying, republishing or adapting its content.

Links to services such as Facebook and, in future, Bookwhen or Stripe take you to independent websites with their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not give us control over those services.
Liability and legal rights
We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights that consumers cannot legally waive. These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and consumers retain any mandatory rights that apply where they live.
