We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as the website develops. This is an aim, not a claim that every part has been independently audited or fully conforms.
What we have considered
- responsive layouts that adapt to phones, tablets and larger screens;
- keyboard access and visible focus styles for interactive controls;
- clear headings, labels, instructions and validation messages;
- text alternatives for meaningful imagery;
- colour contrast and readable content spacing; and
- reduced motion when a device requests it.
Third-party services
External services such as Facebook and, in future, Bookwhen and Stripe are controlled by their respective providers. Their accessibility may differ from this website. We will choose and configure third-party services carefully, but we cannot directly change every part of them.
Tell us about a problem
If something is difficult to access, email joe.toplass@footballdevelopmentacademy.com. Tell us which page or feature caused the problem and, if useful, the device or assistive technology you were using.
We will aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback promptly, investigate it and offer the information in a reasonable alternative format where we can.
Ongoing review
Accessibility is part of future content, booking and media decisions. We will review this statement after significant changes and improve issues identified through testing or feedback.
